My report form is short and concise to assure you have the important information needed to make decisions regarding your claim. The report is emailed or faxed to the Claims Adjuster as soon as it is completed so you are completely up to date, immediately. There is no delay in my reporting system.
Should you have a specific report format, I will gladly accommodate that as well.
